If he's still got magic, bring honeysuckle. It's a double-edged sword, but if he's tough then it would be better for no one to have powers than for him to wipe the floor with everyone. That will also help avoid a full-on fight.

I can certainly help with buffs, and if you need a distraction I can be bait. I'm not especially interested in going into the mist if the beasts are all riled up, so unless I think of something that would be useful in there I'll leave that part to you. The rest I'll have to mull over a bit more to see if any good ideas pop into my head.
