Not what? Go into dungeons? Not a chance. It's slightly different in every country, but in most countries the government will keep track of when dungeons appear and auction them off to guilds to manage. Guilds can raid those dungeons over and over again--it can be dangerous, of course, but it's incredibly profitable to sell off materials from inside of the dungeons.

And if they didn't go raid dungeons every now and then, the S-Classes would all probably end up fighting each other in the streets. You don't have that kind of mentality, and you won't even be in Korea all of the time, so that's not really a concern for you.
