he knows the following about the feather:
- It allows a one-time use of TRANSFER ABILITY, e.g. if there is a skill one member of Lily has that they think would be cool for another member of Lily to have, they can give it to them without losing it themselves! They just have to focus on it to put it in the feather, and then hand it to the person they want to give the skill to.
- The skill MUST be a mundane learnable skill, e.g. Charon could transfer stategic knowledge but not his summoning powers. Cepheus could transfer how to swim well but not the ability to breathe underwater. Etc.
- The effect will only last two hours, after which the knowledge will fade from the recipient's mind.
- Lethe must be EITHER the giver or the receipient of the transferred skill.]
