You wake up extra well-rested, in my experience. It feels like waking up from two dreams though.

Usually if I sleep in a dream, I wake up mad that my sleep got interrupted in real life too.

Huh. I don't usually have that problem. Sleeping in a dream feels like an extra deep sleep to me.
