❥ General appearance is the same as his icons; kind of average-looking guy who looks young for his age. He is pretty much always wearing red stud earrings and a plain silver bracelet with a blue gem on it that's shaped like a flame.
❥ He is very new to Cirrus so he doesn't always remember to properly embody the Family fashion when he leaves the cabin. His preference for attire is business casual slacks, jeans if he can get away with it, loose button-ups and cardigans, and if the occasion calls for it he will wear a suit. Sometimes wears sneakers.

Shady Business
Can travel between shadows; if he's standing still he can hide/be invisible in the shadows. This is unable to be used indefinitely, but he can hide for some time. Traveling between shadows is relatively instantaneous.

Dragon Slayer
Can transform into a dragon. If he only does a partial transformation, such as changing his claws, teeth, or eyes, then it will be a stronger than normal transformation. But if it is a full dragon transformation and he has the ability to run, fly, and so on, it isn't nearly as strong as if he had only transformed a part of himself.

❥ Nom de plume is Eugene River!
❥ He grew up completely normally with his cute little brother Yoohyun Haeyeon and his normal parents, none of whom were originally affiliated with any specific Family. Just average people. But because his little brother is SO CUTE and SO PERFECT and has REALLY STRONG BLESSINGS he kept getting scouted by all of the Families to join them. His parents were supportive of whatever Haeyeon wanted to do, but Eugene was very protective and didn't want him to join any Family that wasn't going to be good to him! Eugene kept accidentally pissing people off in other Families by implying they weren't good enough for his brother or weren't going to treat him right. As a result Eugene tangentially knows some people from quite a few Families, at least in passing from all of them trying to scout his brother.
❥ Eventually Haeyeon decided to join Siren's Melodies (because the entertainment industry pays really good). Haeyeon picks up things so fast, on account of being perfect, that for the early years of his life Siren's just kind of had him doing everything to see what stuck: music, theater, dance, acting. Eventually they landed on acting and he's a big movie star now.
❥ Eugene tagged along to all of his little brother's gigs since his parents traveled around a lot; any time the working conditions seemed bad he'd kick up a HUGE fuss so he accidentally made some enemies in The Arias too as a result, oopsie.
❥ He also had a habit of trying to look after child stars around his age or younger so they'd grow up healthy despite being in showbiz. This just kept ending badly for one reason or another--they'd have a falling out, or move away/disappear, or die tragically, or something else. Insert your falling out reason here.
❥ Their parents were very hands off with the kids and eventually died in a car crash, ambiguous on whether or not it was a normal accident or something nefarious happened to them.
❥ Haeyeon saw that being even slightly connected to The Arias was not doing great for Eugene's mental health so he pushed his brother away and refused to meet him or speak to him in the hopes that it would get him to stop getting tangled up in other people's business, thus severely underestimating his brother's ability to get up to shit no matter what.
❥ Eugene took this the wrong way and thought that if he joined a Family it would make him Important Enough for his brother to talk to him again.
❥ He very recently joined a Family and then like immediately got pulled onto the ship before he could try to contact his brother to get back into his life

❥ For his profession he's a Specialized Veterinary Technician Assistant. Most of the time his job is just about assisting vets with animals. Normal stuff. But since not everyone in the world is fully human, he can also assist with anyone who has non-human traits! For example, if someone has wing sores and needs them looked at to figure out the problem, a normal hospital might not know what to do, but the specialty clinic can handle it! People with strange attributes also tend to have Blessings, so they're equipped to handle people with haywire Blessings and the like.

Don't worry about it. Mostly vibes as a normal sassy tired thirty-year-old with occasional spikes of big fussy mom dad energy.

Hunter Info: Han Yoojin is an Awakened Hunter which basically means he unlocked his innate abilities and turned them into RPG skills, except they mostly suck because he's F-Class. In addition to some minor stat increases, hunters get Titles that are tied to specialized skills! Most of his skills come from his titles. In-game abilities that he has access to are listed HERE, please assume it's all appropriately powercapped I am doing my best.
