the landscape on the other side of the gate is a bit nonsensical: half of it is a snowy forest, completely average-looking except for the fact that there is a living room plopped right in the middle of the trees. the other half is the interior of a cave, dark and grimy with only blue bits of glowing moss to light the way further in.]

[ He moves toward the living room surrounded by snow, without even really thinking about it.

[it's a decent choice, and probably a safe one, so good job Minuet!! the room feels like nostalgia even though he's never been there before, everything tinted with a warm and homey vibe. a clutter of blurry photos sit on the mantle over a crackling fireplace that feel like his pictures even when he can't make out what's in them at all. his mind fills in the blanks with people he loves, and happy times. there's a decorated pine tree in one corner of the room that probably symbolizes some holiday.

Lethe is fully conked out on the couch; most of him his buried under a blanket, but his mussed-up hair is sticking out from under it]

Kind of. It's someone else's living room, but it's based off of mine. I don't have the fireplace at home. And I don't think we ever put up a tree.

You might have walked through a glowing gate to get here...? That's a dungeon gate. This isn't a typical dungeon, so don't take it too literally. A dungeon would usually have monsters inside; this one is special.
