Hungry, fucked-up arm, impulsive.

[he does manhandle Frost a bit to very physically check him over to see how much he gets healed up while staying in the water, sort of doing a mental assessment of how fast the healing process is inside of it vs. outside of it]

the answer is also that he fares SIGNIFICANTLY better in the water because the air can’t hurt him as bad and also he is healing faster]
